Sun Moon Lake One-Day Trip Guide

Sun Moon Lake is located in Taiwan, China. I believe you all learned about it in your elementary school textbooks. It is a beautiful scenic lake with unique geographical features that make it a truly special place. Below, I will share a Sun Moon Lake one-day trip guide.

When I was at Sun Moon Lake, my classmate praised me for being a talented writer, and asked me to write a guide.

Okay, I can’t waste my tourism management major from university.

So, according to the six aspects that we learn in the tourism industry, I will write this short article, which is not strictly a guide, but a brief summary.

Food. Taiwan has many delicious snacks. I don’t need to elaborate on this, as you all know. Eating too much will make you fat.

I prefer pineapple cakes and Guo Yuan Yi salted egg yolk pastries.

This is a tropical area, so the fruits are super delicious. Pineapple, guava, wax apple, banana, and sugar apple are all my favorites!

Accommodation. We stayed in a business hotel, but there are also many homestays around Sun Moon Lake. Students who are traveling independently can choose youth hostels.

Transportation. Taiwan’s transportation is very convenient. You can take taxis, buses, or ride bicycles. You can also take the MRT, which is the subway.

Sightseeing. Taiwan is full of beautiful scenery, with lush greenery everywhere. Keep looking out the window while traveling so you don’t miss anything…

Shopping. My mom told me not to buy things randomly, but she allowed me to buy things I like with the money I earn from writing articles. Okay, I will listen to her.

We are now at the foot of Mount Ali, a place famous for its tea production. Besides tea, Taiwan also produces ganoderma lucidum, coffee, and a variety of delicious fruits. These are all Taiwanese specialties.

Entertainment. Talking, laughing, and making fun. The betel nut vendors are all pretty.

In the morning, we went to Chung Tai Chan Temple. From afar, we saw many continuous mountains. There was a large Buddha statue at the entrance of the temple. Mist surrounded the area, giving it a mystical atmosphere.

When we entered the temple, we saw the Maitreya Buddha. He has a large belly that can contain all the world’s unbearable things. His benevolent face always smiles, laughing at those who are ridiculous in the world.

Leaving the holy mountain, we threw away all our sadness and pain.

Looking at Sun Moon Lake, I felt as if I had seen this scene in my dream. It reminded me of West Lake. There was also a Starbucks on the side of the road.

My family and I drank coffee there and watched the lake.

When we were about to leave, many dragonflies were flying very low. We thought they were reluctant to leave, but it actually meant it was going to rain.

A bird was circling, and the water rippled. Sun Moon Lake also has tides, but I won’t explain the principle, as I don’t remember it.

At Wenwu Temple, where you can have a panoramic view of Sun Moon Lake, I made three wishes in the wishing pool. I will tell you about them after they come true.

When entering and leaving Sun Moon Lake, you must pass through a tunnel, as if traveling through time.

When you enter, forget about everything in the world and let Sun Moon Lake be the only thing on your mind.

Peach Blossom Spring is three thousand feet deep, not as deep as the love of Wang Lun for sending me off.

The good friends I made and everything about Sun Moon Lake will forever be etched in my memory…

Taiwanese guys all look like Eddie Peng, and girls look like Shu Qi. The most common phrase you hear is “Thank you,” spoken very clearly.

The rain here comes and goes quickly. While driving, it can be sunny one second and then raining heavily on the windows the next.

Then the scenery in the distance starts to blur, and you hear the sound of rain. Just when you want to zone out and daydream, it stops raining again, and the roadsides are bursting with flowers.

The light of dawn breaks through the outline of the distant mountains, casting a beam of light. The betel nut trees are very tall, and we had to look up.

At that time, we were filled with awe for nature. Ah Yi said many times that Taiwan is a city with a water shortage.

We must cherish our water resources, so we can have a good harvest and good weather. Taiwan sets a good example in terms of environmental education, something that mainland China can learn from.

Only longing, longing and sighing in dreams.

The vast sea has its end, but our feelings will never end.

I don’t have homesickness for the mainland, nor do I feel like a traveler in Taiwan. Because, in a few days, I will return to the mainland.

The next time I come to Taiwan, I will choose to travel independently. I will only look at the distant mountains, the clouds in rows, the green trees, and the green grass.

You must also visit Taiwan someday. Come to the place where our favorite band, Mayday, lives.

In this city with deep traces of time, Everyday is Mayday.
