The reason why it is called the Eight Great Places is because there are eight ancient temples in the scenic area: Changan Temple, Lingguang Temple, Sanshan Temple, Dabei Temple, Longquan Temple, Xiangjie Temple, Baozhu Cave, and Zhengguo Temple.

The temples and gardens in Eight Great Places Park are very quiet and beautiful. There are also many peach blossoms, apricot blossoms, and a huge wishing tree. Every spring, people come here to stroll, enjoy the scenery, and climb the mountain to worship Buddha. There are beautiful spring scenery and cultural landscapes. 3、West Mountain National Forest Park

Every year during the spring season, West Mountain National Forest Park is covered with mountain peach blossoms, blooming in clusters, as bright as clouds. The best place to enjoy the view is at Baochun Pavilion in the south of the park. Enter from the east gate, turn left uphill, and head towards Meiyuan, about 1 kilometer away, you can see more than 100 acres of mountain peaches blooming in competition, looking like snow covering the mountain from a distance, as if you are in a fairy tale world.

4、Qianlingshan Park

The highest peak of Qianlingshan Mountain, the Jile Peak, is 699 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest mountains in the outskirts of Beijing. It is the mountain with the best view in the outskirts of Beijing.
